With the popularity of #ISOBOOTCAMP, I have decided to bring back my ONLINE Home Bootcamp Sessions.
My #HOMEBOD workouts will be based on my style of 25-30min METABOLIC workouts. Designed to raise your heart rate, increase your fitness hit every muscle in your body each week.
The only EQUIPMENT Necessary is a Pair of Dumbbells. (3-6kg suggested, based of your current strength and fitness levels)- They don't need to be HEAVY, just need to add some resistance for Upper Body esp. I would recommend 4 or 5kg for most the general population.
These workouts are amazing on their own daily to keep you FIT, HEALTHY & ACCOUNTABLE from the comfort of your own home or followed weekly with your current WEIGHTS/RESISTANCE Training to boost FAT LOSS! (Awesome for FATLOSS when performed early AM on an empty stomach, followed by a controlled carb (sugar) intake).
Each week you will be joined to a private FACEBOOK (Yes you NEED FB to join) page where a new daily workout video will be posted by 5.30am (AEST) Monday- Friday. (Unfortunately I will not be doing the sessions LIVE through ZOOM)
Your WEEKLY payment of $15 will give you access week by week to the JENNI ATHENA (Homebod with Jenni) FB Page.
You will be able to post and share motivation, progress and check in with the daily workouts. Communicate with others following #HOMEBOD & gain direct access to me for any guidance.
I want to be able to offer a community environment to keep eachother motivated, esp during this time where many people around the world (Esp Victoria at present) are confined withing their own walls and isolated from their normal social existence.
Please sign up each week to keep access to the FB Page. Every SUNDAY EVENING 8pm (AEST) the weeks workouts & members will be deleted from the FB page ready for the following weeks workouts and members signed up for the following week.
