This is what you do... PHASE 2!

ALL NEW meals for the following 6 weeks and still get the same great results the first 6 week diet produces.
Similar Calories, Carb & Protein daily intake.

Phase 2 will be a follow on from the first 6 week Carb Cycle Diet (so strongly suggested you follow that one first).

New Carbs introduced (banana, sweet potato, rice cakes). Even a few easy protein cakes for the sweet tooth.  

Meals enjoyed in Phase 2 are:

  • Banana Pancakes 
  • Omelette
  • Protein Mugcake
  • Scramble Bowl
  • Taco Salad
  • Chicken & Sweet Potato Patties
  • Savoury Turkey Mince
  • Zoodle Bolognese
  • BBQ Chicken stuffed Sweet Potato 
  • Chicken & Pumpkin
  • Bunless Beef Burger 
  • Choc Chip Protein Cake
  • PB & Banana rice cakes
  • Yopro
  • Greek Yoghurt and Berries

*There are Eggs in a lot of the meals in this phase, please be aware if you have intolerances that Phase 1 may be best for you as a lot of the meals can’t be adapted. HOWEVER, you can still utilize meals from Phase 2 with Phase 1 for some more variety!

Still the amazing SIMPLE, QUICK Meals the whole family will enjoy.
