8 week online training program. All you need is a gym membership & some self motivation to make a change for the better.
Time to get fit, burn unwanted fat & time up the jiggly bits for Summer.
Program consisted of 4 workouts per week. 2 x 4 week phases.
Video demos of each exercise. Suitable for beginner to Intermediate.
Workouts consist of:
- Upper Body (weights)
- Lower Body (weights)
- Circuit (All Body)
- Fat Burn (HIIT/Cardio)
**You will be emailed within 24hrs after purchase to set up your training app. You can choose what week you wish to begin (any Monday). You will then gain 6 week access to my training app that is downloaded on your phone.
