This plan has ALL NEW meals different to previous 6wk CC Diets, the food staples are back to BASICS based on what a 'typical' fitness competitor would consume
Still EASY, SIMPLE & DELICIOUS meals created from whole foods all available from your local supermarket. No amazing cooking skills required- the kids could make these meals.
This PROGRAM is designed for those serious about changing their bodies through both TRAINING & NUTRITION.

It is an 8 week cycle that you can follow for whatever period of time you want to get the results you are after. The meal plan is a 4 day CYCLE (like all my previous CC plans).
Each "Carb Cycle" goes for 8 days and has 3 main meals and 2 snacks per day.
The daily plans are divided into a HIGH, MED, LOW & LOW/Refeed Days.
Based on approx 150g Protein and 1500Cal p/day.

The Gym Workouts are optional to follow with the Nutrition Plan if you already have your own Training Routine.
**If you are a FUSSY Eater, Vegetarian or have Egg or Gluten intolernaces, this plan may not be suitable for you and I'd suggest my KISS Plan which is more flexible.
