You have asked.. “what do we do after our 6 WEEK CARB CYCLE DIET?”

This is what you do... PHASE 2, but if you want to include my 6 week SUMMER SHRED Program for the GYM this package is for you. Burn more FAT & TONE your entire body while getting fitter and healthier!


Includes 6 week online training program. All you need is a gym membership!
4 workouts per week. Video demos of each exercise. Suitable for beginner to Intermediate.

Workouts consist of:

  1. Upper Body (weights)
  2. Lower Body (weights)
  3. Circuit (All Body)
  4. Fat Burn (HIIT/Cardio)

You will be emailied after purchase to set up your training app. You can choose what week you wish to begin (any Monday). You will then gain 6 week access to my training app that is downloaded on your phone.


ALL NEW meals for the following 6 weeks and still get the same great results the first 6 week diet produces. Similar Calories (approx 1500 p/day), Carb & Protein daily intake.

Phase 2 will be a follow on from the first 6 week Carb Cycle Diet (so strongly suggested you follow that one first).

New Carbs introduced (banana, sweet potato, rice cakes). Even a few easy protein cakes for the sweet tooth.

  • Greek Yoghurt and Berries

*There are Eggs in a lot of the meals in this phase, please be aware if you have intolerances that Phase 1 may be best for you as a lot of the meals can’t be adapted. HOWEVER, you can still utilize meals from Phase 2 with Phase 1 for some more variety!
